Are you looking for meeting or conference venues in central Auckland? mCubed is the solution for the flexible business person on the go.

Equipped with a sleek, executive boardroom, casual gathering spaces and hot desk facilities, the mCubed Auckland Conference Rooms are the ideal venue for your next business event.

Our boardroom can comfortably seat eight in leather chairs, offers Skype and/or conference calling facilities, a whiteboard for visual presentations, wireless internet access included in the rental fee and complimentary tea, coffee and chilled water. We can also source snacks and meals from the local restaurant for an additional fee. The boardroom is available for $50 per hour, plus GST.

For a more relaxed setting, try our casual meeting room. Our plush leather sofa and armchairs provide an informal environment for up to four people, ideal for interviewing job candidates or meeting with out-of-town colleagues. Tea and coffee are provided, and a whiteboard is available if necessary. The casual meeting room is available for $30 per hour, plus GST.

Our hot desks are ideal if you only need to work for a few hours and merely require a surface to set your laptop up on. Many of our clients or tenants make use of the hot desks when they have an overseas executive visiting who needs a workspace, preventing them from being cramped into an office. The hot desks can be rented for $15 per hour, plus GST.
