mCubed Offices features an executive boardroom, equipped with comfortable leather chairs, mounted television and a whiteboard for presentations. We also have casual meeting rooms available that offer a more relaxed setting. Wi-Fi internet access, tea, coffee, and chilled water are all complimentary, and your selection of beverages can be ordered in the booking form to ensure they are prepped when you and your guests arrive.
Our meeting rooms are suitable for a wide range of uses, from meeting clients to conducting job interviews and holding small functions in central Auckland or operating as a photoshoot location. We can provide additional services as well, including sourcing snacks or meals for those attending your meeting/event.
mCubed’s executive boardroom is $50+GST per hour, and our casual meeting rooms are $30+GST per hour. We have a minimum notice period of two days to lock in a booking, so that we can ensure room availability.
The Zone23 building features visitor parking on-site, and there is also street parking nearby if required.
Printing and photocopying services are available on-site if you require presentations or booklets to be printed for your team meetings. These services do include an additional charge that will be added to your invoice.
We also offer a range of secretarial services at mCubed. We charge on a pay-as-you-go basis to ensure you only pay for what you need, and our rates are competitive. Plus, while we’re looking after the secretarial and administrative work, you can get on with running your business and delivering for your clients.
